We thought this was a very good recipe for White Chili. However, I tweaked it. I added a whole packet of taco seasonings. One can of roasted garlic, one can of 3 cheese. Also I added a dash of crushed red pepper and cheddar cheese. Turned out amazing!!

Have made this a few times...my husband and I both love it. Have made white chile from scratch and this is every bit as good and so easy. The first time I used a Rotisserie chicken and the second time I used a large can of White meat chicken in the can. Also the second time had only black beans, also added a pkg of frozen corn. Loved it both times....neither of us noticed a huge flavor difference. We garnish with grated cheddar cheese, sour cream and/or Frito Chili Chips....have used them or regular Fritos for years with my regular red chili. The garlic flavor was not over powering, it was just right...This is going into our favorite recipes. Gave some to our son....he loves to cook and make the scratch white chili...he loved this and fixed it for his family. After a long day at work, it is easy to put a good tasty chili in front of his family, 5 kids and a wife who works and goes to school. Have also used some of the other Progresso Starters...they are a life saver for a quick meal.

Freakin awesome! Lots of Edits though: - I used one can of creamy garlic and one can of three cheese instead of two cans of creamy garlic - I used two cans of great northern beans instead of cannelini beans - I used a half of an onion chopped, two green peppers chopped, and one red pepper chopped instead of a can of green chilles - I used 1 package of white chili seasoning instead of the Taco seasoning - Finally I added 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp of Chili powder, and 1/2 tsp of cumin So lots of changes, but this is definitly my white chili recipe from here on out. I threw it all in the crock pot and called it day

OMG! I am so super stoked to make this great chili for our companies first ever chili cook-off. My wife helped me make the practice batch yesterday and it was so succulent! But I think the beans gave me really bad gas... can you say dutch oven? LOL. Those jokers are in for a rude awakening once I bust out this winner! lol. Although there is this one girl making a Martha Stewart Chipotle Chili. OMG so much a cheater. Anyways.. wish me luck. JR

I had very high hopes for this recipe. I was disappointed. It had too much garlic flavor and was way too soupy for me. I like chili on the chunkier side. I used a whole rotisserie chicken too. I should have used one can instead of two. Adding the sour cream and the tortilla chips helped. I have a pot full left and I don't really want to finish it. Maybe it will be better the next day.

After reading other reviews, I was afraid of this soup coming out too garlicy. I changed this recipe up a little by adding about 1/8 c of half & half (all I had on hand) and a 14 oz can of diced tomatoes. To take a little of the tartness out of the tomatoes I added about 2 tsp of powdered chicken bouillon. I also put a total of 8 tsp of the taco seasoning. When I dished it out I added a little taco cheese to each bowl. Added a dash of pepper and it was perfect.

My family really liked this Chili, it was easy to fix, especially with the store bought chicken! I also used pinto beans because that is what I had on hand. I'm making it again, but with my own cooked chicken.

Very good! I used Southwest grilled chicken strips, cut into small pieces, and two cans of Great Northern beans. I accidentally used 4 teaspoons of chili powder and added 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning mix. I made cornbread muffins and crumbled in it. Even my 3-year old said it was delicious!

SO easy to make! I used rotisserie chicken, a can of garlic recipe starter, can of cheese recipe starter, a whole packet of taco seasoning, two cans of Rotel, a can of black beans, and scallions. Super easy and super yum! I even have leftovers for lunch tomorrow and probably dinner too!

So good! I accidentally used only 1 can of the recipe starter, i added the extra taco seasoning, i used fresh green chiles, and i topped with chips. Perfect for 2 people. It reminded me of the Tortilla soup at Chili's!
