  • Ingredients

    • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 pouch (9 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy portabella mushroom cooking sauce
    • 1 box (9 oz) Green Giant™ frozen cut asparagus
  • Directions

    1. Sprinkle chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
    2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in oil 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until light brown.
    3. Stir in cooking sauce and asparagus. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center (165°F).
