Easy Weeknight Chicken Cordon Bleu

Fast and easy twist on a favorite using chicken breasts, ham and Swiss cheese in a creamy roasted garlic sauce.

  • Ingredients

    • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 can Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy roasted garlic with chicken stock cooking sauce
    • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
    • 4 thin slices deli ham
    • Cooked pasta or rice
  • Directions

    1. BROWN chicken with 1 T. butter, salt and pepper in non-stick skillet; cook 8 minutes.
    2. STIR in cooking sauce and 1/2 cup Swiss cheese. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cook until fully cooked (165°F).
    3. TOP each piece of chicken with sliced ham and rest of shredded cheese.
    4. SERVE with cooked pasta.
