  • Ingredients

    • 6 cups egg noodles (8 oz)
    • 1 lb cooked seasoned frozen beef strips, thawed
    • 1 pouch (9 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy portabella mushroom cooking sauce
    • 1 cup sour cream
  • Directions

    1. Cook and drain noodles as directed on package.
    2. In 10-inch nonstick skillet heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Add beef strips; cook 1-2 minutes until heated through.
    3. Stir in cooking sauce. Simmer 1 to 2 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream until well blended. Serve over noodles.
